In reference to this document the following definitions can be applied in their singular or plural forms:

Afirme. Means Grupo Financiero Afirme S.A. de C.V. and its controlled entities, subsidiaries and affiliates.

The information and services offered by Afirme through its Site, refer exclusively to norms applicable in the Mexican United States and are provided for operations made in national territory where Afirme renders the Services. By using the Information and Services, the User states its consent and agrees with the Terms and conditions of this Legal Notice, as well as any modifications to the same that Afirme make if any. This site, the information and products described in it, and the software provided, are presented 'in their current state' and are available without any guarantee, either explicit or tacit, including without limitation, any merchantability guarantee, ideality of materials for a particular end or noncompliance, and will not be applicable in the same way in the different states of the Mexican Republic due to the differences in local legislations, and thus are not geographically general. Afirme does not guarantee availability and operation continuity or functionality of the Site, the Products or service and /or those other sites with which it has established a link, nor the ideality of the same for the requirements of the User. The User accepts that Afirme will not have any responsibility for any interruption or delay in any information, material or any other aspect of the services offered on the Site, including without limitation, liability associated with any virus, that could infect their computer hardware or software, nor damages and / or prejudices that could occur due to inaccuracy, validity, exhaustiveness and / or authenticity in the information that a third party could upload on the Site.

Afirme adopts several defense measures to protect the Site against information attacks from third parties. However, Afirme does not guarantee that unauthorized third parties can not have access to the type of use of the Site that the user makes or to the conditions, features and circumstances on which such use is done. Consequently, Afirme shall not be responsible in any case for damages or prejudices that could derive from such unauthorized access. The User will cover damages or prejudices that Afirme suffers as a consequence of noncompliance with any of the obligations that the User is subject to. The User accepts expressly that Afirme will not be responsible for any damages or prejudices that could come to be if for any fortuitous, force major, or any other inevitable circumstance beyond the control of Afirme, the user can not use the site or perform any of the of the operations that the same offers. Prohibitions

The user does not have the right to place links or any other direct access link on the Site, not the right to use the Site in their own or third party pages without previous and written authorization from Afirme through one of their authorized officers.

Site Services are controlled by Afirme from their offices in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon in the Mexican United States. By entering the Site, the User and Afirme accept to submit to applicable legislation in the Mexican United States, without considering the principles in lawful conflicts that could arise. If the User uses the Site or the Services and Products for any illegal or improper ends, the User shall timely reimburse Afirme any losses, costs or expenses incurred by Afirme as a result of such use.

Jurisdiction

For interpretation, execution and compliance with this text, the parts agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, or Mexico, Federal District, expressly waiving any rights to any other jurisdiction that could correspond to them due to their present or future address. The User declares having read and accepting integrally this Terms and Conditions current at the time of entering the Site and/or use the Services. In case the User does not agree with the dispositions in this Legal Notice it should abstain from using the Site and/or perform operations through it.
